Frequently asked questions

What must a super visa invitation letter include?

It must include the host's name, status and address; the visitor's name, relationship and address; the purpose and length of the visit; the host's occupation, income and family size; and a promise of financial support. It should also confirm the visitor will hold $100,000 of medical insurance.

Does the invitation letter need to be notarized?

IRCC does not require the invitation letter to be notarized, though some families choose to. A clear, signed letter with supporting income documents is what matters.
